GM Spring Hill Manufacturing builds Cadillac models, and GM announced $275 million in new investment here in June 2026. Ultium Cells, GM's battery joint venture with LG Energy Solution, announced in September 2026 a retooling that it says will add about 500 jobs.

Questions people ask

Does this guide cover all of Spring Hill?

No. It covers the Williamson County side, the northern part of the city, where about two-thirds of residents live by Census estimate. The southern part is in Maury County, where the county tax and the public schools are different. Check the county on the assessor record for any address before relying on the tax estimate or school district here.

Is there anything to know about sewer?

The city has been working under a state consent order on sewer capacity and in 2026 was negotiating a connection with Columbia's system. It can affect new construction timelines; it rarely affects an existing connected home.
